We the Colombians accompany our breakfast or any food in the day with a delicious Colombian arepas, contributing to our nutritional diet, in my opinion I think that the arepas give added value to any food, are delicious when they are alone or when they are in our typical Colombian dishes like bandeja paisa, the Santander dishes, tamales, lechona, giving a different flavor, exquisite, irresistible at palate, for this reason it is important not forget that the arepas are important part of this authentic gastronomic paradise of our country.Its nutritional value is very important in the Colombian culture because they are made from corn which has carotene, vitamin B , potassium, iron and phosphorus.
